KRISTIN CONDON

ACTOR | COACH | CHOREOGRAPHER

A multidisciplinary artist and educator with expertise in fitness and wellness. 

Kristin began her career as a ballet dancer at Boston Ballet, where she trained, and California Ballet where, after a back injury, she made a move toward acting and fitness, though continued to dance in theater and choreograph. 

Her healing journey brought her to Pilates, yoga, and fitness which she has worked in for over 15 years, appearing on-camera as well as behind-the-camera as a producer and fitness technical director with the industry's best including Emmy-nominated Daily Burn 365. The daughter of a holistic nurse and biochemist, health, wellness and healing are a part of her DNA that she incorporates into her theatrical, performing and teaching work as an artist and coach. 

As a performer and long-standing member of the unions, her work has appeared in countless stage productions, TV, films, new media and commercials, where she has worked with Tony, Oscar, and Emmy award-winners. She has also been the voice of over 60 audiobooks. 

As an arts educator and choreographer, she has worked at USC, where she also received her MFA in Acting, U-M, and Fairleigh Dickinson U., where she continues to teach acting. 

One of four founding members of arts collective By The Souls of Our Feet, she has helped develop uniquely told stories from from page to stage to screen. 

She holds certifications in Pilates, yoga, stretch, heart-rate, and group fitness. Some of the brand names she has worked with in fitness include; Beachbody, Equinox, and Daily Burn. She has also written frequently on the subject of health, wellness and fitness. 

She is the co-host and creator of the podcast WOMEN CRUSH WEEKLY

RECENTLY

SERPENTINE PINK, a feature film in which Kristin starred, choreographed and co-produced, premiered in LA at the IFS Film Festival, and is making its way to other national and international festivals including Sweden Film Awards, London’s Film Fest International, and Indie Fest. More festivals and distribution to come!

 
 

After a two year pandemic hiatus, Kristin is back working with OTR, including a new play at the Connelly Theatre in Manhattan and a documentary film this past summer. 

She continues to teach Acting for the Camera at Fairleigh Dickinson University and narrate books from YA to non-fiction for Hachette, Harper, Dreamscape and others. 

Her artist collective By The Souls of Our Feet, were awarded a grant to finish and produce their experimental opera based on the myth of Hecuba in collaboration with Overtone Industries for the Spring of 2023. Kristin is a collaborative producer of the work and the choreographer. She will also be creating movement for O-Lan Jones’ Overtone Industries Production of ICELAND at La Mama in NYC in 2023.

After two years working as an on-camera trainer with connected fitness bike company Myx Fitness, later acquired by Beachbody, Kristin is now back teaching in person in Brooklyn and Manhattan privately and for Equinox.
